NxtLayer IT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

New users may be offered a 5-day free trial. A valid payment method is required. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By providing your payment information, you authorize NxtLayer IT to charge your payment method until you cancel.
**5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
**5.5 Price Changes
NxtLayer IT reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days written notice to your registered email address.

Sensei provides AI-assisted tools to help students learn and improve their work. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of AI-generated content complies with their institution's academic integrity policies.
NxtLayer IT does not condone academic dishonesty. The Service is intended as a learning aid.
**8.1 Our Property
The Service, including its design, code, branding, AI models, prompts, and methodologies, is the exclusive property of NxtLayer IT and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The following are proprietary trademarks of NxtLayer IT: Sensei™, NxtLayer IT™, Autobots Engine™, Sage™, Seer™, Cipher™, and Helm™.
**8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant NxtLayer IT a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content solely to provide and improve the Service.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
NxtLayer IT does not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Users should independently verify important information.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NXTLAYER IT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona.
